[Haikou/Baoding, July 2025] ENO (Haikou) Technology Co., Ltd. and Hebei Baoding Transportation Group Co., Ltd. recently signed a Second-Level Agency Cooperation Agreement, establishing in-depth cooperation on the regional distribution and service of Hikvision's intelligent in-vehicle products. This significant collaboration marks the further integration of intelligent technology into the traditional transportation industry, enhancing Baoding Transportation Group's capabilities in transportation informatization and intelligent operations.
Hebei Baoding Transportation Group Co., Ltd. is a national first-class passenger transport enterprise with extensive operations, with a daily ridership of nearly 400,000 passengers and possessing a vast transportation network and management system. This collaboration with ENO Technology is a key initiative within its digital transportation strategy to advance the development of a "smart fleet" and optimize safe operations management.
The agreement specifies that ENO, as a core partner in Hikvision's officially authorized channels, will provide Baoding Transportation Group with intelligent automotive electronics products including in-vehicle monitoring, driving recorders, and intelligent assisted driving, and will also assume responsibilities such as product technical support, after-sales service, and system integration. Leveraging ENO's end-to-end strengths in smart hardware distribution, system integration, and after-sales service, the two parties plan to promote intelligent upgrade solutions in various operational scenarios, including urban public transportation, tourist transportation, and freight logistics.
Moving forward, both parties will deepen collaboration around the shared goals of intelligent,safe, and efficient transportation, jointly exploring new models for the integrated development of smart cities and intelligent transportation, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional transportation industry towards a technology-enabled model.
